How will I know when my order is shipped ?

• After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation.

How far in advance should I set up a consultation for custom prom dress ?

• The sooner the better. Due to such a high volume in custom prom request, please set your consultation up at 2-3 months in advance to the date of your prom.

How far in advance should I set up a consultation for custom garment ?

• At least 1 month in advance.

What is a consultation ?

• A consultation is a meeting between designer Ken White & the customer in which all details for a custom garment such as pricing, design, fabrics and measurements will be discussed.
